As we started the journey, Michael took the time out to explain the process and the journey, and how he would take us through it. We've sold property before, so we knew the basics of the process. What we did like about Michael was that from the very start, he took us through recent relevant sales in the area, and gave us a realistic price range to expect. He made sure it was open every week, and adjusted his schedule to also pick up other buyers seeing similar properties.
